fix(FileSystem): re-apply last reported scroll offset when content remountsFixes the hidden-tab-pane scroll loss: when a FileSystem sits in a display:none container (an inactive offkeep tab pane), the view measures 0, its tiles unmount, and the browser clamps the scroll container to the top. The consumer never changes initialScrollOffset , so nothing restored the position the user actually had.
